STORY
I was burned out building someone else's dream, so I quit. What I built instead changed everything...
Over 20 years ago I was done building someone else's dream. I was a girl with a vision and absolutely no idea what she was doing - who bet on herself anyway. Finding our radiologists, hiring our sonographers, building compliance, figuring out how to actually run a real medical business - we figured that out ourselves. There was no playbook for what we were building.
If you've ever tried to Google "how to start an ultrasound business" - you know how lost you feel. The real stuff - the hard stuff - nobody teaches you. I learned that firsthand. So I figured it out the hard way. Months of second-guessing. Real money wasted on mistakes. Systems built from scratch through trial and error.
We fought tooth and nail to build this. And then I realized: nobody else should have to fight this hard. So I built the roadmap I wish had existed.
What started as one 3D & diagnostic facility business grew into something I never could have predicted. Mobile imaging with physician & hospital partnerships. Staffing. An ultrasound school. An equipment division. Business mentorship & coaching. A 7-figure/year company built on 20+ years of learning exactly what works - and what doesn't - in this industry.

Jen started Advanced Imaging over 20 years, who saw an opportunity in an industry that had almost no business infrastructure built around it at the time. She hired great sonographers, built the systems, and grew what started as a single facility ultrasound operation into a 7-figure/year, multi-division company spanning mobile imaging, a diagnostic facility, staffing, an equipment division, an ultrasound school, and a business mentorship program.
For the past 15+ years, she's channeled everything she's learned into coaching sonographers across the country to launch and grow their own businesses. Her authority isn't clinical - it's operational. She's the only coach in this space who has actually built and scaled an ultrasound business at this level, from the ground up, for over two decades.
Her approach is direct, strategic, and deeply practical. She's not going to tell you what you want to hear. She's going to tell you what actually works — and walk with you every step of the way to make it happen.
When she's not coaching or building, you'll find her in her home office in Indiana - likely with a workout already done, a nonfiction business book on her nightstand, and her wirehaired pointing griffon Hank causing chaos in the background. 😂
