We keep the UBA as a small and exclusive container, as all clients are directly coached by Jen. We accept a very small number each cohort, and we only open enrollment 4 times a year in February, May, August, and November. We pre-register our slots prior to open enrollment and many times are sold out before the session enrollment even begins. If you're interested, your next step is to apply ASAP via the link below.
How does Enrollment work?
The Mastermind supports all ultrasound business models including diagnostic facilities, 3D ultrasound businesses, staffing businesses, nursing facility businesses, mobile diagnostics, and hybrid models.
What types of ultrasound businesses can join?
The Launch Track is for sonographers starting from zero or who haven't built a revenue-producing business yet. The Mastermind is for established businesses ready to scale. It focuses on advanced strategy, systems, CEO development, and expansion. Not launching.
How is this different from the UBA Launch Track?
Results vary based on your current business stage and implementation, but members commonly experience increased revenue, stronger systems, improved client volume, streamlined operations, and increased confidence as the CEO of their business.
What results can I expect?
If your business feels chaotic or inconsistent, you're in the exact season where structure and support matter most! The Mastermind is designed specifically to help you simplify your operations, streamline your time, and create predictability.
What if I feel too busy to join?
Most members spend 1-2 hours per week implementing strategy, reviewing support notes, or attending scheduled sessions. Depending on what you're working on, there may be some weeks where you spend more time, and some where you spend less. The goal is NOT to add more work - it's to streamline what you already do.
How much time do I need each week?
The Mastermind runs for 6 months and includes ongoing mentorship, quarterly 1:1 sessions, monthly growth trainings, and daily access to the UBA Team for support.
How long is the Mastermind?
Yes! You'll receive quarterly on-on-one CEO Strategy Sessions to map out your next 90 days, plus ongoing support through our client messaging app Monday - Friday.
Is there personalized support?
You'll receive full access to the UBA Training Vault: contracts, marketing assets, pricing strategy, sales scripts, business structure trainings, and all foundational modules. This ensures you can implement every strategy we teach inside the Mastermind.
What's included in the curriculum access?
If you haven't generated consistent income or feel you're still in the "starting phase", the Mastermind may not be the best fit, yet. You'll get much better results by completing the UBA Launch Track first - it will give you the essential structure needed to enter the Mastermind with momentum.
What if I've started my business but haven't made consistent income yet?
No. This version of the Mastermind is designed for experienced business owners who did not go through the UBA Launch Track. Your enrollment includes full access to the UBA curriculum so you have every template, contract, and framework needed to apply what we teach.
Do I need to have gone through the UBA Launch Program to join?
This Mastermind is for established ultrasound business owners whoa re already generating revenue and want to scale with strategy, structure, and support. If your business is operational - even if it feels messy or inconsistent, this was built for you.
