Terms and Conditions for the $1000 Deposit:

Deposit and Cohort Reservation:
A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot in the upcoming Ultrasound Business Academy (UBA) cohort. This deposit guarantees your spot for the selected track and gives you immediate access to Module 1 of the UBA Program.

Two-Day Deposit Window:
Upon receiving the deposit link, you will have two business days to submit the deposit to hold your slot. After this period, the slot may be opened to other interested sonographers. If you submit the deposit after the two-day window, you may still secure a spot, but if all slots are taken, you will be placed on the list for the next available cohort.

Transfer to a Different Cohort:
If you are unable to finalize in the current cohort, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. The deposit secures your spot, and we cannot guarantee availability if you transfer without prior notice. Transfers are subject to availability and will be honored for the next cohort.

Access to Module 1:
Upon payment of the deposit, you will receive an email with login instructions to immediately access Module 1 of your UBA (Mobile or Direct to Patient). If you do not receive this email, please reach out to our support team at team@aic-ultrasound.com or call 317-663-3289.

Non-Refundable Deposit:
The $1000 deposit is non-refundable. However, it can be applied as a credit toward the total cost of the program at full enrollment. The full agreement will be signed during the full enrollment process.

Mobile UBA - Launch Track (6-month program):
Pay in Full: $9997 (best value, no processing fees)
Payment Plan: $1850/month for 6 months (includes small service fee)

Payment Application:
The $1000 deposit will be applied as a credit toward your program cost. You can use this credit against the total cost if paying in full or apply it to your first payment if you choose the payment plan option. A code will be provided during enrollment week for this application.
